Where have I been?

life has gone by really fast. it's almost 2 mths since i left home.. with it, i left behind all my close friends and family. well, sort of. i seemed to have been stuck in time. or in a portal. maybe. i've lost touch with virtually everyone back home. their lives. i depend on an incoming email for updates, and i hardly ever read anyone's blog but my brother's. gee. i feel so bad, but yet at the same time just so caught in between 'my world' and theirs. i guess time & distance DOES affect. there has been probably just one day when i was chatting with tons of pple on msn from back home.. and since i've moved on to use my MacBook, away from my ridiculous msn which always logs me out (for no reason - still no idea how to solve that), i've been 'cut off' for the most part. =(
