i'm not going to blog on my every day at sch - i'm sure it'll become mundane and boring and you'll stop coming to my blog after awhile. haha!
God is really good. i mean i erhm, well, i wouldn't call it 'prepared'.. just went along with the flow. =p the day went by pretty quickly. had some of my ex-students in my math classes and they were happy to see me (minus one who didn't seem too glad?) at one point, i had 32 kids in my class (for study) and i only had 31 seats/chairs. so i had to knock on my neighbour's door (we're attached, 3 classrooms, by an internal door each) and "borrow" 1. when i opened, 2 of my ex-students saw me and they were like "ah!!" so happy to see me. of coz those who walked by and saw me were like "how come you're here too?!" pretty amusing. =) my homeroom (form class) has 29 students at the moment and by law, one shld only have 28.. so i think they might re-shuffle coz some kids got scholarships over the summer for independent schs and they're opted out.
i survived day 1 as a new teacher. probably also coz the students are all the smart & hardworking (one teacher called them nerds) types so we'll see. at the moment, they're timid, scared mice willing to work hard and get the job done. nice! need to take a break & prep for tmr's class.. *thank God for everything!*
