finally a good break! went shopping at factory outlets yesterday.. didnt shop till i drop lah. just made quite a few purchases.. i mean since i'm there, why not? heh.. =p *sheepish grin* well, i did lots of shopping for the folks who have been blessing me. like i bought lotsa tiny-weeny kids stuff yesterday. a tshirt for each of the twins, Brian & Alex. another for Luke (Pastor Scott's little son) and a bright pink blouse for Lindsey (Pastor's daughter). the boys are all about 2 years old.. so the tshirts really looked pretty small. bought myself a blouse there too. had a liking for a belt (but it was pinkish-yellow and didnt have the size for the beige that i wanted) & some skirts but resisted. of coz bought some stuff for grammy & grampy. got a very cute soft toy neck supporter for grampy.. a moose. i shall try to remb to take a picture of it when i see it this saturday. also got a cute (opps, i'm cute gal lah.. =p) soft toy for grammy. this bear with a pumpkin as a dress..
spent 1.5 additional days with them (grammy & grampy) because.. the twins, keng & seng, missed their flight from Seattle back to Boston. dont intend to bore you folks with the details but yep, we're all safely in Boston now. going out for some 'authentic' taiwanese food. well, at least i think so. i cooked on sunday night for the brown (grammy, grampy) & carolyn - their daughter, john - carolyn's husband & their 3 kids. did a dish of soy-sauced beef, long bean omelette & prok chops! heh. my fav dish.. & guess what? the kids were enjoying themselves so much! yay! but i was in the kitchen for like 2 .5 hrs! hahha.. preparations plus cooking. phew! =)
