stop over for 3hrs. almost time to board. cant wait to get home (& not - weather: hot & humid is not sth i'm looking fwd to =p) but then again, get to be pampered.
free wi-fi here. shiok. US airports always have to pay. bleah. so it's a nice change. managed to skype home & chat with mum for awhile. love's still in bed i suppose. poor him, had to wake up super early yesterday (even tho we slept at 2am) and send me to airport. it was pouring. the queue at the airport check-in counters was long! thankfully i've the SIA elite silver card, so instead of lining behind 50 pple or so, it was 5. phew!
think i dont fancy long haul flights that much. the 15hr flight from chicago to HK was quite tiring, even tho i slept most of the way. not comfy sleep tho. the folks behind kept moving in and out of their seats (& hit the back of my seat) and the girl beside me kept elbowing me in btwn her sleep. perhaps it's time to invest in a travellers' neck pillow? was quite tempted to buy one while i was in US but the price for 2 is cheaper.. maybe will get love to buy. haha.
ok, boarding.. SG here i come!!
