No snow?

couple of entries ago, i wrote that it snowed. that was the only night of this winter that we have had snow! gosh. and boston is known to be covered in inches of snow. it's weird. really. and the temperatures have been way below zero. in fact, like -20 deg C!! one layer of thick jeans cant do anything because your entire leg will start to freeze.. and then you cant walk. oh yes, not joking. about the freezing part lah.. but mostly, pple dont stay outside in the cold for too long so havent experienced cant walk. =p us teachers have to stay outdoors until all the buses arrive (after sch). i guess in winter, most of the bus drivers are aware that if they kept us in the cold for too long, we'll all "die" so they are pretty much on time these days. yesterday, i left like 2:35pm (usually it can take as long as 2:50pm), after the last bus of kids were getting on. *grinz* we're supposed to leave only after all the kids are gone.. but since it was fri, we didnt bother. haha.

anyway, been experiencing super, ultra bad cramps. when i say bad, i mean BAD. real BAD. i took to the toilet after bible study last night. then was in there for quite long. shit and puked. oh man, bad combi. i was so pale after the whole thing. i struggled to get over to christian's room to tell love i was heading back to the suite first. plopped myself onto the sofa and zonked in pain. love came back and made some hot honey for me. he kept his warm hands over my stomach for awhile.. we both dozed off. lol. i felt bad that he had to just not move for so long. he helped me back to the room and on the bed. it was bad. seriously. cant remb what happened but i fell asleep. so did love. haha. we woke up somewhere at 3am to go toilet. again he helped me there. couldnt get back to sleep after.. and love suggested i take a pill for my cold. which also was drowzy stuff so slept well until morning.

woke up and headed to toilet. bad idea. coz i almost fainted in there. thankfully i made it out and back to my room with love's help. dun like the feeling. like i cant do anthing except curl up in bed with a hot water bottle. i've been to the doc liaoz. the last time when it happened. she told me thingn that i already knew - rest more, keep warm, take painkiller if necessary.. i almost thought she thought it was my first time having my menstration. sigh. felt so lousy and young.

alright. enough of the sad stuff. just wanna thank everyone for your continuous prayers. been constantly receiving emails and encouragements from all. make me feel remembered and loved. hee. =) *beams, beams* miss home still.. but heys, it's almsot mid-feb now. couple of months more to see mum and dad and didi and ah leng. =) pls pray for the weather. it's extremely cold here. -20 deg C on most days. been getting sick easily these days. like almost half the teaching staff's down with cold/flu.. or the sorts. quite bad. have some students out for couple of days in a row.. which makes things difficult. coz they have a hard time catching up so karen and i have been giving up our breaks to tutor them. sobz. heard that there was a bad flood in jarkata. poor them. christian was sharing that his family was affected. 70% of jarkata went under water -- not surprising coz of the low lands. but they're safe now..

need to start searching for accomodations for my family soon. pls pray for me!
