a friend found

the dear friend i had some conflict with some days back wrote a lovely card to me *thanks dear*. i guess all is well now.. =) the rain has gone and the sun is up. =) sometimes, i dont understand how pple work or how they react to things but well, it's always a new learning experience each day. to lie on the bed at the end of the day and think back, giving thanks for all that God has blessed me with - my salvation, my family, my friends. i have absolutely no idea whatsoever, how i will last the next year away from home. the thought of it sends multiple shivers down my *currently-always-aching* spine. pls pray for my back because it has been having sharp acute pains from time to time. mostly random.. =(

i bought my air tickets! leaving on 28may, 605am. should u be interested to come send me off, pls tell me in advance. not that it really matters unless u wanna come to my place to stay over. =p really thank God coz when auntie mary (davina's aunt) called this morning, she told me that all the seats on 28th were taken =( boo. i was quite upset but then took it to the Lord in prayers and 'reasoned' with Him how it would be more convenient for my family and keng (& friends, if anyone's coming) even though i would be paying $100 more. mum, dad and bro were pretty convinced i shouldnt save (almost $400, mind you) the money and take a lousy airline (shall not name here in case i get sued); love just said the money can be earned again - which is true. somehow, somehow, God turned the situation around. 45min before i knock off, auntie mary called and told me she managed to secure seats on 28th! thank God!! she even booked my seat liaoz. haha. went down to pay and collect my tickets. now that adds to the 'done' list.. increasing as the day approaches.. *stress level increases too*

now i only need to sit down and pack everything tog (i started on yesterday with abit of jie's help =p).. after trying to clock another 2 more days at APC (they really need an extra pair of hands at work so i guess, i'll just help - maybe it's just me who duno how to leave pple in the lurch and walk away - but yeah, will try to rest more..)
