multiply that by 3 times - that's the amount i paid for my courier to USA. sheesh. and i'm only sending documents! (cant imagine if i had to parcel sth.. *shivers at the thought*). well, at least for me, i've never seen a $10 stamp. so it was quite interesting. too bad it was mail to school, else i might have been able to ask the receipients to keep for me! hah!
had to get the documents over so that they'll be able to process and courier back (boo, another expensive mail - i've given them dad's credit card no) my visa documents. i guess certifying i'm a full-time students enrolled so i can then go to the US embassy to apply my visa. man, it's so expensive getting such things done! and i still have to pay an additional $5 (according to mum) for a cashier's order to pay for my visa fees! definitely not cheap. =( ah well, i managed to show kexin, kel and yvonne a pair of earrings i made this morning. they all agreed it was nice! yay! hee. got kexin all hyped up and excited to help me with my business. heh. =) be dragging her to accompany me to check out more bead designs tmr.. =p
