man, after i returned last night, i cant help but thank God that all 9 of us are back safely in one piece!! we sure had small hiccups but nothing compared to some of the other Singaporeans that went on different trips.. one guy had his passport stolen when the car he was driving (it was parked along the road side at some park - cant remember the name) was broken into. [i always adhere to dad's advice - keep your passport with you at ALL times. shaohong's quite blessed to have me keep his passport for him thru'out the trip so unless.. unless i got kidnapped, both of us are probably safe =p] he's stuck in Canada together with 6 other UTAH students (all international students). hope they'll be back in Seattle soon but haiz.. knowing the immigration in US, they're pretty strict about all those paperwork. 2 other guys got summoned for speeding. 72miles/h & 92miles/h (that translates to about 120km/h & 145km/h respectively).
well it's not as if our cars werent travelling fast either.. *grinz* by the way, i drove too!! (dad, pls dont faint.. i did well even at 140km/h a couple of times =p) clocked easily about 70miles? (multiply by 1.6 to get km.. u do the maths yourself =p) shaohong's having his exams today (now, in fact) so i helped 'relief' him so he could study.. some of the guys were pretty impressed that i dared to drive. why not, right? shaohong kept an occasional lookout for me (as did the others in the car) & reminded me to keep on the right (literally) side of the road. anyway, i was following the lead car. which was pretty much simple & brainless. =)

Hahaha. yeah, 'kena scolded' by mum. she said i naughty.. hahah. every car travels that fast too so on occasions when i'm driving at 100km/h, i'm a road hog. =P
