it's been awhile. i should be writing for my statement of interest for iisme. it'll be pretty cool to get either an internship at SU (and work 10 ft from J) or one at SRI. i can't exactly decide which would be better but either way, i think i'll have a relatively packed summer - i.e. no rest but well, the rest of the world don't really have vacations like teachers do so i shouldn't complain! maybe can go somewhere with friends over a weekend or something. mid-way, i'll have a trip to Israel too, not sure if love can come but it'll definitely be nice to go to the place where the root of my beliefs began.
i suppose you can say i caught a travel bug. heading over to LA now. these days, i'm so glad to be connected easily. mum can easily call and i can take calls through Skype. so awesome. free for her, and easy for me. =P i'd miss having that when i leave the US and be in London - no phone, no LTE! haha. i'll survive the next few days, i'm sure.
maybe disconnection is what i need. a break from my usual routine. work has been pretty exhausting. i think i'm really overworked and though i really love my job, not necessary my school, i doubt i'll be able to last for the long(er) haul. i am seriously considering alternatives but also wanna make sure that i don't do anything too funky - listening for God's direction is always hard...
