martin luther king day

another hol. yay! but it'll be the first with love at home. =) he's busy with battlecode. this mit programming competition that he's taken part every year. for the past 5 years. he said he'll retire after this year. we'll see abt that. wahaha. he's been busy with jon these few weeks. tmr's the seeding tournament. which means first round. gets you somewhere on a ranked chart. but you get one more week to make adjustments to fight off the top guys and try to beat them to get first. our best year had been 6th. last year was top 16 (they dont rank 9th to 16th) but received a good no. of side prizes -- which added up. let's see the harvest this year. hehehe.

it's now WARM. relatively. i mean 3 deg C compared to the past few weeks of -10 to -20 deg C! i'm in a single, thin dress. haha. sg's about 36 deg C and it's 36 deg F here. =P

i just cleaned the bathroom. wiped up, washed toilet bowl yesterday. today, i cleaned the ceiling of some mild-dew. opps. haha. bible say if got mild-dew, the house is condemned. tear down if cannot get rid. lol. let's see... =P gonna change the shower curtains - bought a new nice one yesterday. went shopping myself to keep myself occupied since love is occupied. =p might go grocery shopping tmr with jit.

anyways, a few updates.
  1. got an A for my class at extension. Thank God!! i think i'll take another class this coming fall (sept).
  2. my student teacher going to take over completely starting this week.
  3. need to start researching for some grants to apply for since i'm taking this class on how to write a grant (actually research paper, but prof gave the option to write a grant proposal -- which is more applicable to me!)
  4. got my iphone! (thanks mum, dad, bro! & love! hee)
  5. bought a new wii game (super mario bros - FUN!!) and 4 remotes (lol. they were on sale. includes wii motion, and half the price of one w/o. strange hor?)
getting fat. need to exercise. hpmf. pray also for discipline to read the bible and do devotion for a consistent length of time (& more, instead of less).
