Cravings

lately the cravings have been answered. haha! (which also means, my pocket's hole has been burning up steadily. haha!) well, i guess now that i'm *supposedly* earning, i don't feel as bad. =p *grinz* i'm praying that they will keep to their word of paying me, exactly at the same rate that is the standard pay for a sub teacher...

ice cream. yum! chocolates. yum! cheesecake. yum! (we found a place in Montreal that sells good ones!...)

anyways, i woke up this morning with a craving to eat dim sum. i called mandy but she had sth on today (i woke her up and she sounded sleepy on the phone =p). we went online to jio (call) a couple more pple but everyone was busy. so heck, we changed and left! yay! altho there was only 2 of us, love and i ordered like 8 dishes! oops! =p har gao (prawn dumplings), fried carrot cake, char siew bao (roasted pork bun), pork ribs, lou mai yip (glutanous rice wrapped in pandan leaf), pay dan sao yok zok (porridge with century eggs and lean meat) and feng zhao (chicken feet). we also had xiang pian cha or hiong pin cha (fragrant leaf tea). *satisfied*

gonna make the ready-to-eat cheesecake later. maybe we can bring some to church tmr for fellowship lunch. it's our group's turn to provide food - we made some pork ribs just now. my only prayer is that it'll be enough for tmr's crowd. haha!
