Do Not Disturb.

as pple grow older, they start to put up 'Do Not Disturb' signs across their faces, stating the obvious: keep off MY lives.. stop irritating/intruding in MY personal space and privacy. they become 'bo chap' to their surroundings. pastor said in his sermon 2 weeks ago.. everytime Jesus was interrupted, a miracle followed. the sick were healed; the blind received sight; the paralytic took up his bed and walk; the demonised were set free.. He didnt turn anyone away.. but with grace, handled the situation & turned it to glorify God. wow~! we live lives rushing day to day, place to place.. we sometimes stop to look at someone in need but walk away without extending a helping hand, deciding that there's so much more expected of us. i've got things to do. someone else can do it, why me?..

..are we living for God?

as i watch pple around, friends who had been studying with me all these years.. or some who had graduated a year or two back.. those ex-classmater you bump into years down the road (not that old lah.. but.. =p) as they step into the working world, it never fails to amaze me how much load they carry. i wonder if it's ever possible to live for Christ at work. it just seems impossible. you need to look at your boss' face.. you need to meet datelines.. you need to get along with your colleagues.. you need to do this, you need to do that.. money? fame? security? ultimately, it does seem we are 'chasing after the wind' like in Ecclesiastes..

..what are we looking for in life?
