this past weekend was more restful. i finished my marking on friday - so proud of myself. usually have the thought of me not doing work for the weekend 'coz wanna rest & busy lingering around the back of my mind but for the first time ever, i completely had it off! i guess there is always a first. =) i was pretty sleepy actually, but thank God He brought students (past & current) to my room and somehow not distract me, but keep me awake! amen to that! =)
life has been busy. now looking around for air tickets to head home. also planning a possible mini-mission trip. i'm quite inclined to go to japan.. but we'll see. time is really short but we do have a couple of interested folks so praying really hard abt it.
God has been good. amazing weather last week. today's a bit rainy (& cold) but i can still handle. it's not as bad as winter cold. but would prefer the sunshine. slept late last night trying to get an essay out. i'm applying for some prize for urban educators. let's see where this might go. i need to do a few things over the phone so hopefully i can figure that out during my free periods tmr. it will be a very light week this week 'coz my students are taking english standard exams by the state. math standard exams are in may. we'll start preparing from mid next week. (read: kiasu teacher, prep one month in adv!)
