last pset

(for my extension sch class) and i'm done. yay! well, sort of. minus the final exam i will have on dec 15. shld i take another class next semester? my student teacher will be taking over after christmas break - so i have one class less to teach & mark! =P

recently just lots of things going on. just hit me when i listed out all the things i'm involved in to felicity on gchat - i am doing a lot of things! envious that brother is back in SG enjoying himself. shall task him to buy stuff in prep for me to return & bring back to states. kekeke. gladly?

yesterday was pretty good at church. pastor hugenberger said one of his fav verses (i wonder how many are there!) was from 1 cor 10:13 - No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. it was truly an eye-opener (or ear-opener for that matter.) the way out is not so that you can avoid it. it's so you can stand up. stand up agst it with God's power. and strength. even if the pressure's on you.

then at international fellowship (PSIF) bible study discussion, my grp leader challenged us to pray for other pple. not only for ourselves. i do pray for others: friends, family, etc.. but he challenged us to go beyond & pepper our prayer life with intercessory prayers for more than just the pple we know. =)

we're headed to urbana in a couple of weeks. can't wait. gonna share a room with love, leo & pastor. heh. i'll be checking with alina if i could bunk with her & some girls instead. thinking if shld lug rice cooker, etc to make meals cheaper. only dinners are included in the conference costs. hmpf. will def think abt it.

bought gifts for pple at PSIF. simple, homemade. hope everything will work out. haha! =) discipline to make them?

gg to sleep. the cold weather's not doing me any good. feel so cold all the time. brrr... it snowed sat night. still hoovering zero & below. =( it's not supposed to be this cold that early! at least in my opinion. a guy in my small grp was praying for it to stop snowing since he was driving his sportscar which can't be driven on icy roads and another girl was praying for it to snow. God has it hard hor? =P
