ok, i touched down on monday night. close to 12midnight. so you can consider it tuesday morning. we were held up by some passenger who boarded the plane 10mins after time of departure. dad said it's common in hong kong as the customs there were very strict and picky. anyhows, thought it was very sweet of dad to stay up just to go to the airport to pick me up. =) the flight back from kong hong proved to test a little of my endurance. i had taken the window seat because it wasnt exactly a long flight. but it proved to be a little difficult as i didnt want to interrupt my neighbour's watching of the movie (she watched pride and prejudice - i watched it on my way from hong kong to seoul) plus i told myself that i had to complete the movie i was watching (walk the line) to make my money's worthed since i didnt eat much (the ice cream had to go to waste because i decided NOT to risk it). i only visited the toilet once. but a gruelling 10/15mins?
it was really amazing how i managed to travel all the way back. thank God for His protection and strength. for most people, they would have preferred lying down on their beds and not moving while i travelled pretty much from the northern part of the northern hemisphere to the equator (not that it's really that far =p). at least i felt safe back home. haha. with mum's constant nagging and well, concerns. home-made porridge. warm water. it certainly feels good to be home..
