Hi folks, happy new year! in advance. =) well, this will be the first one with my brother botak (head shaved). yup. he's back from camp. first book out. & he's a happy kid. opps, i mean happy man. nah.. i dont think i'll give him that title yet. but it does seem he's having a good time with his section mates. rare to hear a hokkien peng (non-english-speaking soldier) with the jc batch. he's one blur sotong (translation: squid. a word used to represent a blur person) though. heard mum say he dropped his super huge alarm clock in the bus. with a loud thud. the 'innocent' joker of the bunk. looks like days in BMT (basic military training) will be easier to endure through.. thank God for blessing brother!
technically, it'll also be one CNY i'll dread. mainly coz of constant asking of 1. what i'm doing now (hard to explain i'm jobless) 2. where is your bf & 3. when are you getting married (if i choose to answer qn 2 - meaning i do have a bf - one of those 2-in-1 trick qns your relatives post you). well, i shall try to take them as they come. hopefully i can work out one of those skills i've developed over the years - i.e. to siam (avoid) those topics i dread.. *grinz* =p
